MobilityConnect Essential Support Program

Impact

Since its inception, the Essential Support Program has reached over 100,000.00 individuals annually. Beyond meeting physical needs, our program helps restore hope, dignity, and a sense of community for those experiencing hardship.

By addressing the foundational needs of our neighbors, we empower them to take further steps toward stability, self-sufficiency, and wellness.

Distribution Channels

• Community Hub Pick-Up: Items can be accessed at our centrally located community center during scheduled distribution days.

• Mobile Outreach Service: For those who are housebound or without transportation, we bring items directly to them through our mobile delivery program.

• Pop-Up Events & Partnerships: We partner with shelters, schools, churches, and settlement agencies to host regular pop-up events that bring supplies to where they’re needed most.

Services Offered

• Food Distribution: Fresh produce, non-perishable groceries, and culturally appropriate meal kits are provided through weekly food banks, mobile outreach units, and emergency hampers.

• Clothing Support: We distribute seasonally appropriate clothing for all ages, including coats, shoes, workwear, and children's items, ensuring warmth, dignity, and readiness for school or work.

• Everyday Living Essentials: We offer hygiene kits, household items, baby supplies, feminine hygiene products, and other necessities that promote comfort, health, and cleanliness.

• Emergency Support Packages: For individuals in crisis (e.g., fire victims, new refugees, survivors of domestic violence), we provide ready-to-go care packages containing essential goods for temporary relief and recovery.
